Vacation Sanibel Rental Agreement

Upon booking of the condo rental, the Guest agrees to adhere to the “Primary Policy”, No Smoking”, and “No Pets” policies.

Primary Policy:

20% of the total cost is due at the time of booking acceptance. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Shall the Guest decide to cancel their booking, their money will be refunded if canceled 7 days prior to arrival. Shall the Guest cancel their booking less than 7 days prior to arrival, the Guest forfeits their 20% initial deposit.
No Smoking:

Vacation Sanibel, as a part of Pointe Santo Condominiums, is a smoke free property. Smoking is prohibited within the rental unit, lanai, rooftop, and common areas. There are four designated smoking areas on the property.
No Pets:

The Guest acknowledges that Vacation Sanibel does not allow pets in the rental unit. Violation of this policy may result in termination of stay and/or additional fees.
